It is preferable to spend on water💧 or on fruit 🍊🍒🍓 as an easier option for those who find it difficult to spend a day on water, several times a month, who can – once a week.
Our home/apartment/office we clean with water at least once a week. The same with our body, it is important to rest from digestion food once a week, cleanse
from slaps, to reboot.
Two liters of water, at least, in the afternoon, is the average norm for a person.
Why? Because our body lives off of water. If it is not replenished with water in time, the body is dehydrated, which will replenish the lack of water at the expense of brain cells. That is why when a person does not drink enough water, they complain of headaches.

The best water is water from a spring, spring, mountain river. People in Ukraine are lucky – in
villages all have springs, in cities with live
