The words “yoga” and “eastern astrology” in us ukrainians 🇺🇦 cause a different reaction.

The body itself is prone to old age .🏻 the older the age, the more tension it has. It’s important to relax through static exercises and contact with nature🏕.

There are people who are already born with a tendency to tension, sadness, hyperactivity, fears and this is immediately thrown into the eyes of the astrologer in the natal chart.

This is indicated by a weakened Saturn – Saturn is retrograde, in decline, Saturn is near the Moon.

The best thing that can structure and relax such a person is the static positions of the body – birzka, plow, screws🧘🏻 ♀️

From the point of view of astrology, yoga perfectly harmonizes 3 planets:
The Moon жи – calms our thoughts transforms fears, worries.
Saturn🔵 – grounds, relaxes our body from tension, blocks, pressures, birth trauma, adds structure and discipline.
The Sun☀️ – through the Surya Namaskar complex – greetings to the Sun, a person becomes healthier, optimistic and responsible.
